RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Wisdom’s Banquet, each fragrance body oil is prepared and handled with care. Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene and safety purposes, all returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Customers have fourteen calendar days from the confirmed delivery date to request a full refund.
To be eligible for a full refund within the fourteen-day period, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The product seal must remain intact
- The item must be in resellable condition
Refund requests must be submitted through the official contact form on our website. Requests sent through social media, direct email, or third-party messaging platforms will not be accepted.
After the fourteen-day period has passed, approved returns will be subject to a restocking fee equal to fifty percent of the original purchase price.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
All returns must be authorized prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Wisdom’s Banquet reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
After processing has been completed, packages are expected to arrive within three to five business days.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Wisdom’s Banquet is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses cannot be replaced or refunded.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking has been issued, Wisdom’s Banquet is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Our products are independently formulated and are not replicas, counterfeits, or official designer products.
